Did not eat breakfast at the hotel but I found a breakfast spot about 2 minutes away. I did not have a beach. Everything was great the only issue was at night it gets loud because all the big bars are all around the hotel. They do give you ear plugs but it just if you're a light sleeper or not. Other than that I liked it and will be back. Pool, the location and cost is perfect.

The hotel staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a large choice to suit all tastes. The nearby nightlife goes on well into the early hours and can be very disturbing if you don’t want to be part of it!

Clean room, and great staff. Wonderful pool area. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. However it is loud at night. I used ear plugs and white noise and was able to sleep, however during on peak months I can imagine it is very loud, but perfect hotel if you do want to go out and enjoy the night life

Never used the Spa and it was still a bit chilly in February to go swimming, although the pool looked great. Room was lovely with safe, coffee machine & balcony. There was a hairdryer, steam iron, slippers & dressing gown in the room too. Reception staff were fantastic and the issue with the sink plug was promptly dealt with. They also helped arrange a tour for us, contacted our shuttle service & even provided us with take-away breakfast as we had an early flight.

Lovely clean hotel, close to the beach and centre of old town. Yara Costa and other staff at the hotel were wonderful and so pleasant. Only thing I would say is that if you’re a light sleeper then this isn’t a hotel for you, the bars are quite loud and until early hours of the morning. But the hotel can not be faulted, very clean and a comfortable.

Decent breakfast with helpful servers and some hot choices. Somewhat crazy floor layout requires some elevator changes. Not for people with a fear of heights, because it’s perched over the city center. Big shaded balcony. District noisy at night, kind of tacky and touristy. Few attractions.

Hotel is places right within the old town square, music from bars can be loud, but this was not an issue for us. Pool is small bit there was no issues with sunbeds.

On arrival we asked to upgrade our room. The staff went above and beyond to arrange this swiftly, even though the hotel was really busy We changed rooms the following day. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Its a lively area so its not for people that want quiet nights. My partner and i absolutely loved it and plan to come back next year
