Superb Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school . Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

The location is nice because your about a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and the other way next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Too expensive for the quality of the place. This place isnt super fancy its very average if you just need a bed to sleep in. I felt it was advertised more fancy than it was advertised online. The lady with red hair was very short tempered and rude. its just not that nice of a place in my opinion. Carlos was awesome ! super nice guy - made up for the red head unprofessional woman. NOT CLOSE WALK TO STRIP OR OLD TOWN - just beach and restaurants

Good hotel with just the right touch of modern.

A really nice, modern updated hotel. Friendly hotel staff and a very convenient location. Bars and restaurants close by are ok and if you want something more (albeit too much for our stay), you can always visit the strip. The old town is worth a visit and not too hard a walk although we had ovecast skies for most of the week so to walk in the summer may be a little hot! Overall a nice relaxing week.

Fair play the hotel was clean, friendly the room was cleaned everyday. The room was very spacious with balcony. The only thing that was disappointing was paying to use the spa. But the hotel was perfect close to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants 👌

Nice emvironment and location

The hotel in terms of condition and decor of the building and the rooms, and facilities are 4 star, but lacks the warmth, welcoming service and atmosphere. What I felt was cool business is business attitude. I cannot believe when I have a king studio in a four star hotel, tea bags and instant coffee sachets are welcome gifts, but not daily inventory supplies. The reply from the male staff at the reception was as unfriendly as it could be.

Hôtel vieillissant mobilier usé. Nous avons apprécié le SPA. Le personnel est très sympathique. Pour les repas le petit déjeuner rien à dire alors que pour le dîner cela pourrait être mieux et plus varié. Hôtel bien situé.

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly. Also the hotel was well situated for amenities. My only criticism was an extractor fam was needed in the bathroom as, after showering, towels remained damp - mot a problem in summer I suspect!

So so like it

We total stayed there 4 nights. 2 nights we booked directly with the hotel n 2 nights with hotels.com. 2 nights no house keeping. 2nd night n 3 night asked for housekeeping n both times showed up at 5:30 pm when we came back from a long day out. Finally cleaned on the 4th night n next day we have to leave. Indoor swimming charged euro12.50 for 2 persons. Safe deposit charged euro3 per day. They never tell people upfront. Any charges they have to show on their advertising n give people options n agreed
