Located in the Quinta Jolu urbanisation it's just a short walk away from Guia, the home of the famous Piri Piri chicken. It's a spacious and modern family villa occupies a great position just ten minutes walk from some great local restaurants and also banks, shops and bars. Offering good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns situated in a peaceful setting yet only a few minutes' drive to the nearest beach at Gale and the bars, beaches and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira.



On the ground floor there's a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wood and glass table and chairs. Also, on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and a family bathroom.



To the first floor you will all the bedrooms, two double bedroom and two twin bedrooms sharing two full bathrooms.



Outside, there's a large terrace with high quality wooden dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven. The magnificent swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end.



It is a beautiful villa, in a great location, for a holiday with friends and family just a short walk to a few good local restaurants and a few minutes' drive from the old town of Albufeira and the main beach in Gale.

Ok villa

We enjoyed our stay here but be aware the 3 of the 4 bedrooms face onto a busy main road which can be noisy. Shower in main bathroom a nightmare and constantly flooded the bathroom. The place could also do with a more thorough clean. Had no idea where the main bins were and none at the villa so ended up stockpiling black bags. Difficult when have no car to take it anywhere. Some info and suggestions on this would have been useful. Nice little bar opposite on a private complex that also offer cheapish transfers. Ten minute walk to restaurants and shops. Ubers come in very handy and fairly cheap if not hiring a car. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but would make sure not to book a villa next to a main road if possible next time!
