"Treadmills are broken!"

"This was our second time staying at The Monterey, and we were in town for a concert. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with anything that we needed, and the property was in great condition! Our room was nice and clean when we walked in after a long travel day and was the perfect place to relax. The bar was great, and the parking was relatively easy. I have a large SUV (Ford Explorer), and the parking spaces were a bit tight, but if you have a smaller car than that you’ll have no issues with the size of the spaces. "

"Stayed a week here, no complaints. Room was clean and well supplied. The staff are all friendly and professional. The breakfast is among the best we've ever had at any budget hotel, with many choices and plenty of delicious, hot food. Coffee was great too. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay in Old Town Albuquerque. Be sure to tip these folks. They do a great job on a tight budget. We'll be back!"

"The hotel is in very good shape and has a nice classic look to it. If you’re going to a convention there it is very convenient, however, if you’re visiting to see downtown it is a little out of the way for walking. Everything else is first rate."

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "
