"The hotel is in very good shape and has a nice classic look to it. If you’re going to a convention there it is very convenient, however, if you’re visiting to see downtown it is a little out of the way for walking. Everything else is first rate."

"We had four adults (two couples) that stayed four nights at Jon’s home, and it was exactly as pictured online. Jon was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. We were also pleasantly surprised with the basket of snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator that was waiting for us. The bathroom on the first floor is small, but since we just had one couple sleeping downstairs and using that bathroom, it wasn’t an issue but could be more difficult if you had two couples using the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub on the back patio was enjoyable after a day of sightseeing.The house is in an older area of town, but we felt safe the whole time we were staying there and had no issues. This location is close to the ABQ BioParks and Old Town, as well as having easy access to the downtown and highway to get to all the other tourist sites."

"Sauna was unavailable, hot tub was ice cold, reserved room with jetted tub but it didn't have one. Hotel website lists many amenities that simply do not exist at this location. Felt ripped off. "

"It was a lovely place and the staff were good except for an interaction with the large receptionist, she was extremely passive aggressive and brings the entire experience down. The rest of the experience was great. "

"The front desk staff so friendly and helpful. The room was clean as well as the property and we enjoyed the updated decor. Parking was easy and we were treated to some awesome beer on tap at check in"

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "

"This was a great place! This historic house was full of wonderful art. We were comfortable and charmed. Kris was very responsive and informative. Old Town was so close! Also close to our favorite restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. "
