"There were no drawers in the room to put away clothes. We were put in room 222 and it was extremely noisy late at night because of proximity to pool and loud music. There was only one chair in a room with 2 people and we are seniors so sitting on the bed was not comfortable for us. We had to grab a beach chair from the pool."

"Breakfast was great! Only downside was that there was only 1 elevator working! We would have to wait 5 minutes or more just to go up to our room or down to the lobby. I wish they would fix the other elevator, but overall the hotel was excellent. "

"Me and my family of 9 booked 2 hotel rooms. When arriving 5 hours later at checking in they told us we were not in the system. They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware."

"Filthy room. Stains on the walls and ceiling, unvaccuumed carpets, and mold in the bathroom. The furniture has seen better days. Walked in to find drawers open, garbage in the pail. Not up to Hilton standards."
