"Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. When I reported this to staff I was told air conditioning went out day before. While I appreciate this is outside the control of the staff at check in I would have like to have been advised air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Otherwise property was great and staff were very helpful."

I found the desk clerk that checked me in was professionally polite, but not friendly. After a bit of begging on my part, I old and I was tired from driving, he did get me a room at 3:45. The other desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The lobby and halls were very clean. "
