"The breakfast was good and consistent. There was no service in the room. We stayed for three nights and no one came in to refresh towels or the coffee. After night number two I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for towels and more coffee. We came back at 3 pm and still no one came. We left for dinner at 5 and I had to ask again about towels and coffee. Please don’t make me beg for some basic things. I expect better."

"Very close to airport and shuttle service was quick both ways. First night upon arrival staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and okay. Booked again for another night before departure. The room had a musty odor but I was too tired to take the necessary steps to change up. No elevator."

"Out of all the hotels I stayed at on my trip the past 8 days this was the BEST hotel I stayed at. The staff was very helpful and professional. Over all I felt this is how a hotel is run from the front desk to the airport shuttle. Management should train other hotels on how to meet the needs of their guests. Hats off to the staff and management your the BEST thank you so very much ."
