• Please be respectful of neighbors



6. Cleanliness

• Please treat the home, as your own

• Clean up spills immediately

• Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher



7. Damages

• Report any damages immediately

• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

• Turn off lights, fans, and electronics, when not in use

• Do not adjust thermostat, set for 73°F
