ENTIRE PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING (indoor and outdoor).

Clean, cute, authentic 2 (queen) bedrooms, 2 bath adobe style home with covered back patio. Brand new kitchen (as of June 28, 2021). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Comfortable queen beds in each bedroom. Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee pot and all necessary cooking items.

Smart TV and internet provided. Coffee bar with coffee and all supplies provided. Comfortable living room seats 4 comfortable. The back covered patio is great for lounging or dining. Electric grill is provided. Firepit is available when fires are allowed by city/state.

The home is on a quiet street in the bustling Old Town neighborhood. Very short walks to Old Town Square, the Bosque hike/bike trail along the Rio Grande, St. Clair Winery, numerous restaurants, micro breweries, shops, etc. Just 2 miles to downtown, 3 miles to UNM, and 4 miles to Nob Hill. Easy access to both I-40 and I-25. Perfect location for seeing the entire city, or on a stop over to Santa Fe, Taos, etc.
