Great location and clean compact room but with everything needed. Check in was a bit laborious with staff member showing us how to do each screen when they could have just checked us in but no problem. Slight noise from underground but quite therapeutic!

We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London.

Excellent general stay at the hotel. Very clean and very modern only approximately five years old. Good choice in breakfast, hot and cold food. We stayed with our dog yet they did not have any dog bowls or anything. Also the Aircon was not working for many of the rooms on those couple of days which ...
