Pillows were about 6 inches thick so went and bought some from the shopping centre as they had no other option. Pool bar was broken so no drinks at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fine. Was up a hill but ok for us. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm. Perfect location for us, just a short walk to the old town and the beach and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our privilige room was very spacious with a large balcony with sun loungers and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. "
