"The check in process was smooth and everyone was really friendly. Cannot fault the customer service or the location at all. However, once we saw the one bedroom apartment we realised it wasn't for us. The rooms are far too small for a family of 4. We found other accommodation, a 3 bedroom villa 1 mile away for the same price. "

"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!"

"The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded."
