Our villa, Casa Marcos, is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 275 metres from Alcúdia's white sandy beach. Additionally, you will enjoy beautiful views of a natural lake, where you can do kayaking and water sports, adding excitement and fun to your beach days.

The location of the house is unbeatable, as it is just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services. You will have everything you need within reach for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Marcos House has a spacious dining room, where you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments in a cosy atmosphere. The spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary, will provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the experience of cooking during your holidays. Of course, the property is equipped with WIFI, satellite television and a cold and hot air pump in the living room and in two bedrooms, so that you feel at home at all times. On this first floor you will also find a complete family bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor, you will discover the 3 comfortable, spacious and elegant bedrooms of our magnificent holiday home. A spacious double bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm double bed and balcony, a twin bedroom with two comfortable 90 x 190 cm beds, and another double bedroom with two comfortable 90 x 190 cm beds. Also on this upper floor you will find a fully equipped and complete bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and hairdryer, for your comfort and privacy.

Moreover, Casa Marcos has a private garage where you can store bicycles and kayaks, if you wish to explore the surroundings and enjoy outdoor activities.

Wij zijn 9 nachten in Villa Marcos geweest. Knus huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Winkels, supermarkt, restaurants en strand op loopafstand. Communicatie tussen ons en kantoor was erg goed

even we had A/C heating the temparature in the first 4 days was too low. And also on the pictures the house seems to be new, but these photos might be 20 years old. The fues jumped out nearly every hour, even the housekeeper tried to repair it. But everything else was ok. The check in was also ok. But all the shops and restaurants in the area are closed.

Anfang bis Mitte Februar 2019 hatten wir das Vergnügen, in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub zu zweit zu verbringen. Es ist wirklich schön groß mit riesiger Terrasse - von der man, dank der Hecken / Sträucher, leider nur im Stehen - einen Blick auf den See erhaschen kann. Dafür hat man vom obigen kleinen Schlafzimmer-Balkon einen guten Blick auf den See. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet und auch der Fön im Bad ist gut. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung erfolgt über eine professionelle Agentur – deren Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie gut erreichbar – auch via WhatsApp. Die von uns bemängelten abgenutzten Pfannen sowie der Wasserkocher wurden umgehend ausgetauscht. Negativ und besonders ärgerlich war der muffelige Geruch von den Schränken und Kommoden in den obigen Schlafräumen – der sich, wohl aufgrund der winterlichen Feuchtigkeit, dort festgesetzt hat. Die Schränke und Kommoden waren deshalb nicht nutzbar, da der Geruch ansonsten in die Kleidung übergegangen wäre. Erst nach etwas längerem Lüften konnte der Geruch gemildert werden. Nur im Kinderzimmer war es nicht muffelig, so dass es als Schlafraum nutzbar war. Sowohl im obigen Bad als auch im großen Schlafzimmer waren Schimmelflecken an Wand / Decke sichtbar. Für das kleine Kinder-Schlafzimmer gab es keine Heizung – der kleine mobile Heizlüfter aus dem Bad musste deshalb dieses Zimmer erwärmen. Ansonsten stehen zum Heizen die Klimaanlagen im Haupt- und kleineren Schlafzimmer sowie im unteren großen Wohn- / Küchenbereich zur Verfügung, die ihre Aufgabe gut erfüllten. Für das kleine Duschbad neben dem Eingangsbereich gab es leider keine Heizmöglichkeit – es war ständig sehr kalt. Wünschenswert – zumindest in der Nebensaison und bei Anreise am Wochenende, wenn kaum Geschäfte geöffnet haben – wäre die Bereitstellung eines kleinen Trinkwasservorrates. Wir hatten glücklicherweise gleich bei Anreise nachgefragt und dabei erfahren, dass das Wasser aus dem Hahn nicht zum Trinken empfohlen ist. Das W-LAN ist in den unteren Räumen leider nur sehr schwach – hier wäre ein Repeater zur Verstärkung des Signals angebracht.
