Enjoy the tranquillity and nature just outside the popular holiday resort of Alcúdia in the typical Majorcan Villa Damián for 6 people. This holiday home is situated on the ground floor and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a light-flooded living room. Facilities of the villa also include Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, a fireplace, a high chair, a cot and a car park. The idyllic outside area is surrounded by orange trees and provides the perfect place to relax, with its covered terrace including garden furniture, a covered barbecue, a table tennis table and a 24-m² pool. You can reach the historic old town of Alcúdia with restaurants and shops, as well as the bay with fine sandy beaches in just 10 minutes by car.

Gemütliche Finca, mit allem, was man braucht

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation sehr gut und schnell. Die Finca war sauber, gut zu finden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Fragen haben wir schnell Antworten bekommen und Caty war sehr bemüht und kam uns auch mit der Abreise bspw. Entgegen.Ichvwprde dort wieder Urlauv machen!

Pros: Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank für die ersten Tage gefüllt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine schöne Woche hier verbracht und kommen vielleicht noch mal wieder Cons: Die Türen waren verzogen, aber sonst war alles Klasse
