The hotel was ok in general, however my room at the back of the hotel wasn’t well cleaned. It had an outside door, and dirty boots had left bits on the carpet. My room had no towels and no toilet paper. You’d almost think they’d forgotten to service it. The staff addressed the issues promptly when asked. The hotel served my purposes, but wasn’t great.

I liked everything about it except the after hours experience. The emergency (after hours) number should be posted outside the building for guests locked out after 10 PM. It was only good fortune that got us back in the building.

Lovely pub/hotel with great food and a good selection of beers and spirits.
Our room (8) was spacious, well furnished with a very comfortable king size bed and a modern drench shower.
Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful / highly recommended!

Overall, this is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a fun, friendly feel. The lobby area is basically a bar with one section set aside for the reception desk, so it can get busy and noisy here, but it is funky and has space for breakfast. The room we had was a decent size but had almost no storage ...
