Honestly one of the best value places in Blackpool. A clean double room, Freeview TV, fast WiFi, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Susan (the owner) is absolutely amazing as well and very helpful. It’s literally right opposite Manchester Square Tram Stop as well so easily accessible to all areas of Blackpool in minutes.

Was my first trip to Blackpool, stay at Gresham was very nice. Room small but clean and warm. Staff super kind, always helping with smile. The bar was fun place, good music and cold beer. I enjoy much — good value for young traveller!

Lovely property. Family run and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in. Perfect place for families or couples. No negatives. Would definitely return.
