"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Helpful staff, lovely garden bar protected from the wind by the medieval city ramparts, and a jewel of a pool tucked behind the Gothic church. It's hot here in the summer but the room A/C was up to the task. The best place to stay in Carcassonne."

"Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor. Very close to the castle area."
