"I would definitely stay here again. The location and price was perfect. My only small issue I had was the housekeeping staff knocking on my door at 9 am asking if we were ready for check out (check-out is “before noon”). Didn’t appreciate being woken up and answering in my pajamas. But other than that, it was a great place to stay. "

"The Heron is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Heron King, and were very impressed. The bathroom, with real marble tile, a beautiful shower, and the provided soaps and lotions were amazing. We loved the Heron theme, down to the clothes closet with heron print, heron robe to use and even heron drink coasters. Rooftop bar is a MUST, we had cocktails there with a great view of the city. Ate breakfast in the Kiln, was awesome, with good sized portion, lots of bacon and really good sour dough toast. Free coffee in the lobby and very nice staff. It is a nice short walk to the restaurants and water front, Old Town is great to visit. We look forward to returning to the heron!!"
