So I called ahead to see if I could check in early. The rep over the phone said sure no problem what time are you getting here and I replied 2:45. I arrived at 2:39 and she said you have sit down for six minutes or pay 50 dollars for early check in. Which was like really. Anyways by the time I parked and came back we check in. Elevator to second floor walk down the long corridor to access door to find out my keys do not work. Walk back down the long corridor to elevator and get new keys. Repeat process and get to room the air is not working. Back down long corridor to elevator back to desk to they called maintenance back to elevator down long corridor to room with maintenance man. Air fix bit too long of a wait to let room cool. Back down long corridor l, down elevator to desk to exchange rooms. Get new keys and repeat the corridor process. FINALLY to the room to find out the toilet ran all night. I didn’t even bother to tell the desk. At this point I was over it. When I checked out the desk clerk says how was your stay. I didn’t even bother to answer. So, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I had a family emergency and asked the front desk if I could have a refund even though I was there for about 2 hours. They said they would definitely look into it. I’ve tried contacting them repeatedly but have not received any response.

The area is near downtown wnd property were maintained and helpful staff
