"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The next morning we reported the problems, were told someone would fix them and off we went. Upon return we were happy to see that the door opened much easier, only a little push, the heater how ever still made a noise. I went to the frunt desk to get blankets and to again report the problem with the heater. I was assured someone would be up to look at it. That never happened. The blankets came in handy. The next morning I went to get coffee, came back to the room and had to bust down the door again. Needless to say I was glad we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite consistent long lines at the check n counter. "

"Everything about this hotel was horrible. Stains all over the room, cracked walls, horrible staff. No cookies at check in, rude staff. Never again as someone who loves a DoubleTree."

"Staff was responsive to a request to provide more lighting in the room. Parking behind the building was adequate. Several visitors to KASA had difficulty in determining which keypad to use for entry."

"5 stars all around. If we ever plan on visiting again we will probably book here. Close to convenience stores as well as restaurants. 5-10 minute drive to DC. Very safe neighborhood."

"TV would turn off by itself a lot it was annoying and there were so many kids in the hallways slamming doors, banging doors, and so loud. "

"Front Desk staff were helpful, kind, and respectful, even above and beyond what you would expect. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff helpful without being intrusive. We enjoyed a night cap at the bar, and staff was friendly, helpful, made for an enjoyable experience."
