"The rooms shower supplies were not full in one of the rooms I booked. My guest were have an issues with the air conditioning unit, and one of the cleaning staff were very rude and told them to call maintenance.The maintenance guy was very good came up and got everything situated other than that.The only problem I had was parking lot.They charged us forty eight dollars a parking, a parking garage that had no work in elevator and if it was all property, I could understand what the garage is on property,so it should actually be included in the price of the hotel for forty eight bucks.A night is kind of ridiculous, especially with no working elevator it should have been comps for any one parking during their stay during their stay"

"First night we had a problem with the shower. The water was cold and abruptly lost pressure. Nearly every day we call the front desk to resolve it. They'd send someone up but one time no one bothered to come. I complained to the front desk and they offered to not charge me for parking but in the end the parking was charged. And when checking out I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk about the shower that had no warm/hot water and no pressure and she didn't offer to do anything to compensate. Also, I prepaid for breakfast every day I stayed there. What a waste, the bread and bagels were stale every day, the coffee pot was often empty and the one day it wasn't I got a cup and added milk from the stainless canister and the milk was sour. Very bad experience. I will never stay at this or any other Holiday inn again. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Bad staff, bad experience."

"I checked in at 1 am they were very helpful, and helped with my 8 suitcases. Just a great stay. Only quibble is my tub wasnt draining well."

"Pros: great location in old town; walk to shops & restaurants; steps away from metrorail. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. Cons: rooms facing the train station are very noisy- I had to request a room change to the back of the building. Furniture in room looked old & dated & in need of repair. I expected more from Hilton. "

"We loved the room for 4 adults. Great kitchen area and bathroom area and 2 king size beds were comfortable. Staff very professional and helpful."
