The hotel room is clean and wide but hard to see the beach if u r taking a side view room.. beach is soooooo narrow and level is lower than middle class which is not something bad but for women with normal swimsuit is a but hard but i did it anyway 😁 Breakfast was ok not delicious a all .. it has most of the necessary items but not tasty. Overall it is a good hotel for one or two nights for its price is good.

The worst experience ever staying in this hotel. There is not a signal for my phone as well as the WiFi wasn't working for couple of days. The shower was dirty, as well as the mattres is not comfortable. The parking lot is far from the hotel. I am only allow to take one bottle of clean water (0.5 L) if I need extra one they will charge for it. I have to wear a blue bracelet to show that I am staying in this stupid hotel which dosen't make me feel safe because wherever I go people will read where I am staying. Overall, don't waste your money and time there.

It was ok despite ups and downs Service was not great but ok Cleaning rooms is an issue AC tooo weak leaking water. Maximum temperature on AC is 20..room was terribly hot while in mid September. Food was ok.

Pro Large spacious hotel room with 3 bed rooms:1 room with 1 king size bed, 2 rooms with 2 full beds, 6 person dining table, small living room with small flat screen, 2 small refrigerator, teapot, 2 cups, a small spoon (NO COMPLEMENTARY TEA, COFFEE, OR SUGAR) Fairly clean rooms Decent view of the Mediterranean Sea. Quiet allowing foe a good night sleep Comfortable mattress & pillows Fake flowers decorations through out the rooms and bathroom. Although cheesy it was a good effort. Cons: Poor front desk customer service. While checking in the person would not paying attention to process our check in in a timely fashion. The front desk person would even take customer who came after us as he was “processing” our check-in. Basically putting on the back burner. Extremely difficult to find the hotel. The hotel name was advertised as Jewel San Stefeno, wrong. It’s actually called Jewel 26 July Hotel run by the military forces. It took us over 2.5 hours to find the hotel. The goggle gps took us to a strange location based on the address. We then went to the San Stefano mall at which time everyone kept directing us to the Four Seasons hotel. Then we got directed to the San Stefano towers where some people rent out their apartment. No luck there then one person there mentioned in passing that the hotel we booked on Orbitiz may have changed names. From there my husband, who is fluent in Arabic, left us at the mall as he asked around because at that point myself and 3 kids were ab

Location amazing and staff are friendly and helpful. However, I requested a triple deluxe room as per add on Hotels, but found out that they don’t have triple rooms not extra bed. And was not correct and accordingly my adult daughter ended up sleeping on small sofa that was not a bed. Breakfast was poor for a 4 stars.
