"The resort is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a nice place to stay if you want to get away. Food was a hit or miss depending on what it was, but with a buffet you’ll always have options. The spa wasn’t as clean as I’d expect from a luxury resort. It wasn’t well maintained and the showers were a bit dirty at least on the women’s side. The beach is amazing and beautiful. You can hear through connecting rooms so be careful where you stay. That being said as positive as an experience as this was it’s still overpriced. They definitely take advantage of the fact that you’re in the middle of nowhere and there’s a bunch of ongoing construction around the resort. Unless you’re there with your own car you will be stuck there. The limousine service is 4x the normal price so don’t pay for it. I wish there was more places to go and things to do around the area but maybe in the future."

"Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !"

"We stayed in the hotel for a week, the food was exceptional every night and varied, the chefs were so helpful as well as azis on the floor. The pool was also very clean. We had a sea view room which was class and very clean. We walked to the hotel beach a few days as it was only 1.5 km away but you could also use the shuttle bus. A guy called amar worked in the beach, had perfect English and couldn’t help us enough. Finally a word about the general manager Yasser, what a gentleman, anything we needed or required was no problem, he really made our stay a wonderful experience, thank you Yasser"
