"Wow, such a lovely place to stay !! We were warmly welcomed by our friendly host, Carol for our break away ! What a beautiful place with everything you could possibly need, well catered for and very private and peaceful. So much right on the doorstep from the coastal resorts, to the historic market towns of Louth, Horncastle and Alford and the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds ! Here we enjoyed a couple of scenic walks and some interesting cycle routes ! All in all it felt like a home from home and what more could anyone ask than that ? We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend a visit !"

"We had a great stay at the Pastures. Great house for family get together or groups of friends. The house is spacious and spotless., with the added bonus of a welcome hamper. Hot tub very good. Mablethorpe beach great for a walk or playing on the sand. We ate at the Stables restaurant and got 10%discount as we were staying in one of their properties. Not much else in the village, pub seemed to be shut. Mablethorpe only 3 miles away and has supermarkets and takeaways but looks a bit run down. Overall an enjoyable stay."

"Stunning cottage. Well equipped kitchen and excellent underfloor heating throughout kept it lovely and cosy. Well placed for coast and several close towns for local amenities. Hot tub was great and lovely to see Barn Owls hunting in the neighbouring field at dusk, magical!"

"An excellent property with everything you need.The pub up the road, which we were hoping to use for meals etc. is closed. You can use the Grange holiday site with a 10% discount on food , 15min walk away. If I had booked direct with the owners I would have saved over £200. On my week’s break."
