Beautiful location. The views of the countryside were amazing. Food was great. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed dinner there every night.

Lovely little hotel. The view from the room over the fields was lovely, and the room itself was very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful, and dinner and breakfast in the attached restaurant was excellent. The staff were also lovely. The only thing was the room was very warm (in October !) - despite none of the radiators being on. Having no air con, I'm not sure what it would be like in the summer.

The room, a junior suite, was most comfortable but sadly lacking in air-conditioning, although the current heat wave has been exceptional. Lovely views, peaceful, apart from the noise of the butterflies, all that one could wish for. For the price the owners may want to consider replacing the square of soap with refillable pump dispensers and providing a loo brush! We had an enjoyable dinner served by the very friendly staff and were delighted to have our breakfast served, not a buffet, toaster or coffee machine in sight. Melanie, the proprietor, was a charming host.

A brilliant relaxing stay with excellent surroundings including very good service. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff alike to provide us with help and excellent food.
