"Just meh. There were way more things wrong than right with this hotel. Almost all the staff were rude with customer service absolutely not a priority, inuding the male server at breakfast who was visibly angry because people arrived. I saw several people give up and leave rather than continue to wait for an hour for food or attention from waitstaff. I specifically asked if there were any umbrellas for the pool area because there was only 1 being used by someone else. Although I was promised by 2 different people, including the front desk lady, that someone would come check and let me know, no one showed up and no one told me anything. So we were left to fry in the sun. One day, the cleaners left our room unlocked after cleaning. Who knows how many people went in while we were away. We won't be staying here again."
