This place is located in a conservative area. Beautiful place and the flat exceeds expectations. The staffs are very helpful and we enjoy every moment here.

All good baring arrived to broken a/c in bedrooms, no welcome pack even water and breakfast was chaos. Friends had stayed last year and had breakfast trays to the apartment which we’d prefer. Breakfast was severely understaffed and a lottery whether you’d get fed a basic menu.

We loved our stay
Excellent clean apartment in nice complex. Lovely indoor pool area which was practically private. Free breakfast which was very good and a nice addition (special mention to Patricia who hosted the breakfast each morning, she was fabulous and my children loved her). All staff very friendly. Only minor improvements would be the ability to use the parking spaces directly in front of the apartment which would make Things slightly easier for lifting sleeping babies out of the car and into bed.

Wonderful place to stay. Location and amenities were great. Also very quiet. Only complaint we had was that there was a sewage smell in the bathroom after we ran water. It may only be in the unit were in and fixable. Also, we would have appreciated higher wattage in the light bulbs. However, we would certainly stay there again!

Brilliant stay !
It was exactly want we were looking for, a quiet,relaxing holiday! The apartment was for 4 people and it was absolutely perfect , highly recommend, it had everything we required and more ,we were all very impressed . The apartments are well situated and within walking distance to quite a few beautiful restaurants and Quinta shopping mall ! It also had an excellent restaurant called Chez Jorge on site , again highly recommend ! Will definitely return !

There was no bar or restaurant on property as claimed. Was not allowed to plug in my electric car which was very rude and disappointing even though I promised I would charge at low speed which would have been fine. Very boring place. Terrible breakfast. Certainly not 4 stars

Such a spacious and comfortable property with everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are too many nice touches to list (but complimentary fresh bread delivered to your door daily deserves a mention!) Great location and free covered parking. The pool is lovely and the nearby lake has some very scenic walking trails. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent facilities and solid service
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was very spacious and well-appointed. The balcony, in particular, was large and received plenty of afternoon sun. The staff were very accommodating – particularly with my young daughter. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the pool was a bit cold (but otherwise very nice), and that the knives in the kitchen were super-dull.

We stayed in apartment number 45 this time which is a pet friendly apartment. The lovely staff had left 2 dog bowls for dogs! These apartments are all stunning, we have stayed a few times now. All of the furniture is very comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful with the best shower we have had in a rental apartment Excellent location The restaurant on the corner, that the lounge is wonderful and well worth a visit. Thank you to all the staff and cleaning staff. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area

Hotel was extremely helpful in advance of our arrival as we were arriving late. They provided clear instructions of how to access as well as arranging a welcome hamper which was great for setting us up. Fresh bread was delivered daily which was enjoyed by all. Our apartment was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and staff were all very helpful. Lovely location and highly recommended.

Great apartment and facilities, despite rainy week
We've just returned from a great stay at Lakeside Country Club in April. The 2 bedroom apartment was really nice: modern, clean and spacious for our family of four (kids 8y and 10y). The main bedroom had a large en-suite, and there was a second bathroom next to the kids bedroom. The kitchen was well furnished and equipped enough to do basic cooking. The living room was spacious with TV showing many UK channels (including Sky sports and BT sport), handy for rainy days. When the sun was out, we used the balcony and lazed on the loungers. Having an indoor heated pool is a life saver when it is rainy outside. The kids used it every day and at times it felt as we had our own private pool as not many people were around. Personally, I used the jacuzzi a lot to relax (as a family we had 2h daily tennis at Vale de Lobo tennis academy and played more tennis using on-site courts). Finally, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed in March 2018 in a 2 bed apartment, which was very nicely furnished, and with a nice big terrace. Staff on Reception are extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff came in daily and made beds etc. Towels were changed regularly. A really nice touch was the daily bread which is delivered in a little bag to the apartment. Didn't use the tennis courts but made good use of the covered pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc. Ate in the restaurant only once which was OK - good service, nice and friendly but wasn't wowed by the menu. The whole site is pristine and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and service
Our third stay at this hotel and we love it more than ever. 1st class service from staff who can't do enough to help when needed. The apartments are immaculate and so comfortable. Really peaceful place at this time of year, The lake is beautiful, beach & reserve near by, fantastic shopping square, stacks of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

We arrived late last Thursday night. It had been an extremely cold week in the Algarve and so we expected to arrive to a freezing cold apartment as we arrived out of hours. It was a lovely surprise to open the door of the apartment to find that the wonderful ladies on reception had organised for the heating to be left on throughout for us! All of the staff we met during our stay were very friendly & professional, always on hand to help. The lady who organised the cleaning of the apartments was also very kind, thank you. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we need, especially the kitchen. Great WIFI connection too. We shall be regular visitors to the Algarve in the coming months and Lakeside will be our number one choice for a place to stay. Thank you to all the staff

Great hotel
Very clean, beautifully presented hotel and apartment. Pool was great, it was lovely to have the option of self catering with the kitchen. Everything looked new and immaculate. Fresh bread rolls dropped off each day at the room was so helpful and allowed us to make our own lunch each day. Lakeside cafe on site serves great food throughout the day,and fantastic cocktails and is run by Victor, a really charming guy, and his wife, who take real pride in the food, much of it organic and locally sourced. We didn't have a car, but the hotel runs a shuttle bus to the supermarket, (5 mins) at 10 am each day ) (pre-book with reception as sometimes it doesn't run if not enough demand) which is otherwise an uphill walk of 30-40 minutes. The lake is 10-15 minute walk and has cafe and water sports, fun pedalos and kids clubs. Choice of 2 lovely beaches, each with facilities, 25/40 minute walk, wear comfy shoes! Very scenic anyway, by wetlands and marshes, or a few minutes' drive if you have a car, I think each beach has parking nearby. Beaches are great, and there are lifeguards, but be careful on breezy days as the waves can be strong. The area is a playground for the wealthy, lots of multimillion pound villas and golf resorts, with manicured boulevards etc. Not loads to do, if you're not into golf and watersports or shopping for Cartier watches, lol, but beautiful and relaxing nonetheless. The Lakeside country club was great - a quiet and really relaxing place.
