Villa Lion Beach is the perfect retreat for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, located in a quiet area of Albufeira, just a short drive from beaches, shops, and local amenities. This spacious villa offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with all the essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan living and dining area, perfect for socialising, along with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals at home. For entertainment, there's a dedicated games room featuring a snooker table and table football, offering fun for guests of all ages.

Upstairs, the villa features two en-suite bedrooms, each with one double bed and two single beds, plus a third bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, providing flexible and comfortable accommodation for families or groups.

Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with an optional heating feature (available at an extra cost), an outdoor dining area, and a portable BBQ, creating the ideal setting to enjoy sunny Algarve days in total comfort.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 11 people.
From the 12th to the 14th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Ideal Group Getaway – Relaxation and Fun in One Place

We stayed at Villa Lion Beach with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The villa is modern, very clean, and has everything you could need for a relaxing break. We loved the games room – it added a really fun touch to our evenings after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were large and well laid out, and having multiple bathrooms was perfect for a group. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed several meals out on the terrace using the BBQ. The pool area was peaceful and a great spot to unwind with a drink. The villa is located in a quiet area but close enough to town and the beach to make everything convenient. A brilliant stay!

Fantastic Family Villa – Great Location and Superb Amenities

Villa Lion Beach gave our family exactly what we were looking for – space, comfort, and plenty of entertainment! The layout was ideal for us, with the kids enjoying the games room every day and the adults relaxing by the private pool. The open-plan living area made meals and evenings together so enjoyable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering plenty of flexibility for a family of five. We also made great use of the BBQ area and loved dining outside in the warm evenings. The location is quiet and peaceful, but still just a short drive from Albufeira’s beaches and restaurants. We’re already planning a return visit next year!

Spacious, Peaceful, and Perfect for Families with Children

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Lion Beach. It’s a very spacious house with a lovely atmosphere, ideal for families. Our children absolutely loved the snooker table and table football – they spent hours playing while we relaxed by the pool. The outdoor area was perfect for barbecues and dinners under the stars. The location is great – quiet and safe, but still close to supermarkets, beaches, and restaurants. The kitchen was very practical, and the living and dining space was bright and inviting. Each bedroom was very comfortable, with plenty of storage and natural light. We really appreciated the thoughtful layout and homely touches throughout the villa. Highly recommended!
