9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"Hosts were exceedingly hospitable. Andrea and his parents went well out of their way to provide us all the comforts we needed to make ourselves at home and answer questions. Well-stocked grocery store within easy walking distance. Ductless, remote-controlled A/C cooled the entire unit nicely. Beach promenade one block away with very good restaurants. Public beaches and beaches with nominal fees for chairs and umbrellas to be found. One issue is the beginnings of a small amount of sea-weed...

Alghero Villa for 8/10 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool and tennis court
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (14)
"We were recommended this villa by friends who stayed 2 years previously. However, I think the villa may have been vacant for many months before we arrived for a number of reasons. The first thing was the villa was not clean, the kettle did not work, the filter coffee machine had a very mouldy old filter in on and the 2 coffee pots were both also mouldy inside. All of the dishes and plates were full of dust and we had to clean everything before we could first use it. The air conditioning was...

Seafront villa, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, infinity pool, WiFi, for 12 people
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (22)
"Wonderful Views of hills & sea, fantastic pool, quiet rural location. Lots of rooms with of bathrooms to match & lots of terrace space for the evenings. A couple of areas for improvement: it could do with a little more pro-active maintenance (lights, bathroom locks, etc) - we did have an issue with the pool lights tripping out but they were onsite the very next day to fix them. The garbage disposal system is a challenge as you are expected to sort it all & then take it all into town, a 15min...

Hotel Catalunya
4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (478)
"Amazing hotel in a great location with spectacular views. All the staff we met were very helpful especially at breakfast to cater for my gluten free requirements. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Sockets next to the bed was a really big plus for us as many hotels do not have this! I wouldnt lower the score but the only con for us was them allowing dogs in the rooms. Overall we would come back tomorrow and recommend to everyone!"
