"We traveled with 4 couples (25-30 yrs old, no children) and arrived with high expectations. When we pulled up to the entrance, there were banners everywhere proudly displaying the words "FAMILY LIFE." Reception took one look at our group and gave us what were probably the lowest grade hotel rooms in the basement of the hotel. The "windows" were barred (could not be opened so rooms were cold and dark) and there were young children EVERYWHERE. Facilities were mediocre at best and the only dining...

"Very nice two night stay at this quiet resort that is very well maintained - rooms, grounds, pool and restaurant. The staff were all accommodating. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and we had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Very convenient location to Alghero, beaches and the airport."

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa near Alghero, hosted by the lovely Antonella and her husband. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and a peaceful olive grove, making it a perfect, tranquil escape. It’s exceptionally well equipped for three adults and an infant—Antonella even set up a baby cot and play pen, which was such a thoughtful touch.The small details made a big difference: basic provisions, a bottle of wine, and best of all, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil from their own grove—honestly the best we've ever tasted. The property is gated and secure, with a handy outdoor bathroom for rinsing off after the beach and beach equipment available to borrow.Antonella was warm, relaxed, and always helpful without being intrusive. The villa’s location is excellent: just 3 minutes from a supermarket, 6 minutes to a quiet beach, 10 minutes to a livelier beach with great facilities, and within easy reach of Bosa, La Pelosa, and Alghero’s markets. It’s also just a short drive from Alghero airport.We were able to do laundry on-site, and having everything we needed made travelling with a little one so much easier. This place has real heart—Antonella and her husband were truly fantastic hosts. We’d return in a heartbeat."

"Me and my fiancé had the pleasure of staying for a week in June in this delightful countryside cottage, and we can honestly say that it was the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient location. The interior was cozy and yet stylish, a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort, a well-equipped kitchen and a super comfortable bed. Despite the countryside setting, we were amazed at how conveniently located it was. In just few minutes by car, we could reach local shops, cozy cafes and a variety of restaurants, not to mention the beautiful beaches nearby, the charming city of Alghero and the typical village of Fertilia, with its close airport.Lucia, the host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great assistance and local recommendations. She really puts a lot of love into maintaining the property, and it showed in every detail.If you are looking for a peaceful rural retreat without feeling isolated, this cottage is the ideal choice. It’s a wonderful base for both relaxation and adventure.Thanks Lucia for everything!"

"This property is well appointed, especially for those who, like us, enjoy shopping for, sampling, and cooking local food delicacies. In terms of ambience, the setting and view from the veranda made for a serene and relaxing holiday. The house is located just a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse in one direction, an even shorter walk to a park trail, and a 15-minute drive to the promenade, restaurants, and shopping/provisoning at Alghero -- very convenient.Our hosts were punctual, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommended! "

"Very attractive resort, Mediterranean but modern property extends side to side with buildings in a U, so everyone has a view. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to bartenders. Spacious patio overlooking the sea. Only issue was probably personal- bed was a bit hard. But I made a comfy place in the daybed and slept very well."
