Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation.
We filed for refund later, they lied that we had smoked in the room and broken rules :(
So just stay away from them, if you want a peaceful vacation. They are not even that cheap. We booked here because we thought they were central, but you get much better quality hotels just 10mins walk. I wish I had investigated that before :(

Stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment. Second stay here in a 2 year period and doesnt look like any in room maintenance has taken place. Spiders webs on the roof, Marks all over the wall, no kettle in the room, musty AC. For £220 per night, I would have expected a lot more than this place can offer.
