The room is as described. It’s a very small room, but was clean with a comfortable bed and a great selection of self service coffee outside the room. There is no lobby and I tried for two days to contact the property about leaving bags there before I could check in and did not get a response. But the room is satisfactory.

Excellent position few yards from Esplanade and short walk to old town. Nice room and comfortable bed. Had a bathtub — but no plug to keep the water in. Description said room was soundproofed but it was very noisy both inside and out. Tiny balcony most of which was taken up by air conditioning unit.

The room was immaculate when we arrived and the housekeeping staff kept it all so clean during our stay. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Thank you for the fresh coffee that was always available as a "pick-me-up." Tremendous location and would definitely stay there again.

It was a great budget-friendly place to stay in Alicante. Really conveniently located, comfortable bed and private bathroom with shower, large TV on the wall, safe, and air con (which we didn't need to use in Feb 2026). We arrived early and Simone was very helpful and kept our bags until we checked in. We bought milk for our tea, using the kettle and tea bags kindly left for guests outside the rooms. We'd definitely stay again if we came back to the area.
