"The property and facilities were lovely. Everything was close by including transport, groceries and other amenities. However I probably would not stay in this suburb again with my young family as the area was not very safe and I felt uncomfortable walking around. It smelled like weed everywhere in that suburb. "

"Second time Ive stayed here while going to gigs in London. Easy bus ride back from the arena after the show and a nice breakfast the day after 👍 Room was fine, comfortable beds and a reasonable price. All staff we spoke to during our stay were really polite and helpful. Next time were heading down for a band we'd not hesitate to book here again. "

"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. There are definitely fancier places to rest your head, but this place did a great job of combining quality, reasonable cost, and convenience. "

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
