"Was very impressed with the cleanliness and helpful staff. The only downside is there is no designated parking for customers staying there and staff were parked in areas that could if been utilized for customers. Would definitely stay again though."

"Amazing staff, they did our room everyday and cleaned the kitchen and toilets. Kitchen is a little tight for lots of people and only had sofas under the stairs at the entrance as a place for people to relax. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop bar and restaurant, only to find it's closed on Sunday and Monday nights. I also paid $53 for breakfast (for two) because of the great reviews from others. However, the restaurant was closed for the public holiday, so instead we were given a voucher to have breakfast at Ibis, only a 2 min walk away. Unfortunately, the food and drink were awful, and the staff unhelpful. If I'd known the standard would be so poor, I'd have asked for a refund instead."
