"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. The breakfast included is very basic, but there are other options around, including walking to a café or Tops market. No complaints."

"Very nice hotel to stay at. Beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were so soft. Got a great nights sleeps. Very quiet, safe and the staff was great I would definetly recommend. One of the nicest hotels that I've stayed at."
