"Unfortunately, the AC was broken throughout the property and no one told us when we checked in. We struggled through the night and asked to check out early and found a new hotel. The staff was very accommodating with everything."

"This is such a great place to stay while in State College. The hotel is beautiful, it is in the downtown area, it is next to a Target store on one side and a bagel shop on the other side. Breakfasts have lots of choices, there is always coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. I love staying here."

"Front desk Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee bar was fantastic. But there was no elevator which was surprising and Bathrooms were dated and had rust stains throughout even in tub. Nice location and property close to PSU. "

"The room was fine, clean, etc. front desk persons were polite and nice. The only issue was the shower. The curtain did not stop any water from leaking out completely soaking the floor. Then we had to use the towels to dry the floor etc. it was a mess and inconvenient to say the least. "
