Inside the apartment the couch was very old. Bed was good and kitchen was OK. It was clean but the area it is in.... not very good. There are two stored very close by where food can be pirchased.

Great location in the centre of Chepstow. Staff were really friendly on arrival and the whole place looked spotlessly clean.
However, I’m not sure which bit of the room was soundproof- at 3am I was woken by a guest in the next room, chatting about his friends’ sexuality… to himself! At 0530 I was awake again by people in the creakiest corridor known to man, after which I couldn’t sleep due to noise of other guests leaving… it all sounded as if they were in the room with us! Just after 0930, housekeeping was knocking the door, to check we were in there apparently!!
I loved the place… but rooms are definitely NOT soundproof, and I need my sleep!!

Staff were very attentive, polite and explained what needed to know, checked us in very quickly and show to our room. Room was clean and stocked with pkenty of tea, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable and nice fresh bedding and towels, toiletries were supplied. Food in the restaurant was very nice ...
