The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

The hotel its self is good, clean rooms, bar area light, bright and a lovely area to sit
The breakfast was a big let down, the cold options were excellent, variety and lovely and fresh, the hot options not so much, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and mushrooms were all stone cold, the conveyor toaster was missing the ramp so the toast just dropped out of the back of the toaster on to the table top, you could easily burn yourself reaching right to the back of the toaster to retrieve your toast.
Little things just let the hotel down and for the price (£280.00) for one night it really is unacceptable
