"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"Very clean great service. Only drawback is no air conditioning. (US travelers might be shocked by that) Vonya, was exceptional in dining portion. Breakfast was included and really good. "
