"The large main living area is lovely as is the deck. The kitchen had everything needed and more! Thanks for all the little extras in the pantry. That was a nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. Perhaps the only downside for us (seniors) was that all bedrooms were accessible by stairs. With 3 nice bathrooms, we wrongly assumed one bed would be on the main floor. Very secluded, quiet and lovely setting and the hot tub was easy to access and operate. Thanks for a lovely stay. (We think a bear may have gotten into one of the trash bins before we arrived, but that was kind of exciting for us! Easy clean up with rake and bags there)."

"I had my fiance and a few of our friends for my 30th birthday on July 4th weekend. The place was beautiful, and was extremely clean when we got there. The property is secluded, and perfect for our dog. She got to run around and loved it so so so much. The location is amazing as well. Quiet, peaceful, and still close to things we went white water rafting in Buena Vista, dinner in Breckenridge, and fireworks in FairPlay. The garage at the home has ping pong, darts, and basketball. The hot tub was clean and ready for us. The beds in the home were clean and super comfy too!! All 6 of us had an amazing time, and they were all shocked when we pulled in at how nice the place was. They also let us check in early, which was actually a massive help considering there was a storm going on early that day, preventing us from doing our hike. Super responsive and helpful. Really want to come back here at some point. Would recommend for literally any group of people. I’ve stayed in tons of rentals, and this was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you so much for everything!!!! "

"Our family came together from three different states to gather in this wonderful home! The pond is literally at your doorstep and we spent hours fishing, canoeing and just sitting in chairs catching up by the pond. The house itself was well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal, grill out and the hot tub was great for the cooler nights! It was a fantastic getaway. We loved our stay!"

"I cannot express how perfect this property is. We had plenty of room for 9 adults, 1 toddler, and a baby. Our entire crew agreed this is the best rental we've ever stayed at and we're already planning our trip back. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for cooking. The hot tub and the comfy robes in each room make taking a dip or doing the Polar Plunge a highlight. Not to mention the views are spectacular during the day and at night. We unexpectedly arrived during a Winter storm, but the communication and timely response from the owner made getting into the property/driveway a breeze. I cannot thank the owners enough for letting us stay and enjoy their little slice of mountain heaven."
