"The cabin was wonderful! We spent most of our week at the cabin relaxing and it was such a comfortable and pleasant space to be! The kitchen was probably one of the best appointed rental kitchens we have ever had and we were able to cook most of our meals at home. Even though we were there in the peak of summer, we were able to open the windows and keep the cabin very comfortable. There were so many nice little touches that made the place so homey. The location was also very nice - remote enough to feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere, but also 10 minutes to Fairplay if you want dinner. Loved our time here."

"Entertainment was provided by daily visits from rabbits, robins, swallows and wolves crooning at night. Views were fantastic and neighborhood was soooo quiet. The cabin was great and the loft bed was super comfy. Sounds of running water was so enjoyable. Being from Texas, we were happy two nights that it was too cold to sit outside ! I would recommend this rental."

"My wife and I spent the entire month of July at Dondi's property and we were very happy with our stay. The cabin is in a great location less than 15 minutes to Fairplay, and about 30 minutes to Breckenridge, but also extremely secluded with no visible neighbors from the property. Upstairs open floorplan is great with floor to ceiling windows on both the south and north sides that let lots of natural light in and give the impression of being in a treehouse. Downstairs bedrooms are a nice size, beds and bedding are very comfortable and it stays very cool ensuring a comfortable night sleep at the end of the day. Cabin was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Internet is good for streaming TV video and browsing but there is some lag (1 second) on audio calls and doesn't work well for video conferencing which is understandable with satellite internet. Lot's of USFS hiking trails in the area within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay again for any trip back to the Fairplay area!"

"The property was excellent. Very secluded, the cabin was the perfect size for our group and the hot tub was an excellent addition. We saw wildlife everyday we were there, including a moose, and got some excellent pictures. We would definitely stay again."

"This cabin lived up to its listing! Spacious, clean and new. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils and appliances that allowed us to home cook meals with ease. The cabinets were well thought out, oven was full convection, a dishwasher too! The living room was comfortable and open to the kitchen for conversation. My son and I are billiard enthusiasts and really appreciated the pool table. We also loved the CD music selection and entertainment system. The Primary bedroom had an awesome rustic bed frame and comfortable mattress. Bath had a shower and large soaking tub with a view. The other two bedrooms were roomy and the jack n Jill bath situated between them was exactly what was needed. We were completely remote yet minutes from the little town of Alma. We saw mule deer and coyote in the driveway! On our way back from Alma we came upon a Mother moose and her baby! Alma had a couple of great places to eat if we didn't feel like cooking. World class fishing and hiking trails galore including world famous 14ers. We had to spend our last minutes in the driveway together to remind ourselves how much we appreciated this time at yor cabin. We hope to come back again. Thank you for everything."
