Absolutely a lovely stay , Jill the front desk agent was personable, knowledgeable and pro active , understood my reservations and combined them so I would have the same room for entire stay , the room was very modern and clean The shopping was incredible, rite around the corner from the property! Absolutely an amazing stay , breakfast n lunch buffet were excellent too I’ll be back

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant was lovely. Although the building is older and the sound insulation isn't the best, it didn't detract from my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Staff is very helpfull and friendly. The only negative point was the temperature in the room. Because it was very hot outside and there is no airconditioning in the rooms, temperature was too high inside.

Overall is value for money, but my standard room don't have air-con and it was summer when I was there, so, too warm for me. But other type of rooms have air con I think. Also, after room service, they didn't top up the coffee & bottle water, but anyhow its still OK for me.

Hotel was lovely , room Fantastic , breakfast worth every penny. However the WiFi didn’t work so I was unable to do any work which was frustrating and I was kept awake by a noisy party in the hotel until 1 am.

A great hotel with everything you need, right in the heart of Almelo. Lots of room to relax in the lobby/lounge, a bar and restaurant. I highly recommend you include the breakfast in your stay, it was excellent. It is right on the edge of the town and there is an excellent place to walk in the trees right next door on one side, and the town's business are on a brick street on the other side.

Comfortable but noise from other rooms
The best place I have stayed in Almelo, overall. The only problem was the noise from the room above. With the hard floors, my room resonated every time the guy upstairs moved his chair. Please put some soft feet on the furniture legs!

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff
The hotel is centrally located close to a shopping area, a park and several excellent restaurants with almost everything in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a theater, a bar, a bistro and restaurant and a parking garage. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, excellent beds & bathroom with shower, safety deposit box, flat screen and refigerator, free wifi, and clean. Dogs are allowed. If you want to spend a few days in Almelo and like to walk around the center, this is the place to be.
