Great location and very friendly, welcoming staff. Free parking is a huge perk in Portland and definitely a plus. That said, the soundproofing is really poor. For a 4 star hotel, the amenities felt like off a 2 star hotel. There was no coffee maker, no complimentary water. I honestly don't know if there is a way to describe how i feel about this false 4 star narrative.
