"My wife broke her leg a few weeks back and we were visiting the Beaverton area for my sister's birthday. I tried to book an accessible room but they were already reserved. When we checked in, there was a young man named Julius who helped us; I had asked him for a room with a tub, or anything that would have been easier for my wife to bathe. As it turned out, he had a similar injury previously, and he was very empathetic. He promised me he would figure it out. Within minutes of reaching our room, and before we could even settle in, we heard a knock at the door; it was Julius with a medical grade shower stool that we used for the remainder of the trip. This is not the only good experience we had during our stay, just the one that stood out. This place is well staffed and it shines through the incredible customer service that we received. We will be returning."

"Breakfast was the only thing that needs some improvement. The French toast and pancakes were too tough to chew or cut with the plastic knives, and the bread crust was hard as rock."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."

"It was meh. Could use some deep cleaning and refreshing of mattresses. Sometimes old things look dirty even if clean. Very convenient location - across from shopping, food and coffee! Front desk was kind and welcoming. Lots of parking. Regrettably I thought they had a lounge or pool but it’s on me for not doing the research."

"I didn’t like the parking situation. My son was dropping me off and there was no place to park near the entrance. The back parking lot seemed to be for only registered guests. We had to illegally park on the street to enter. If you’re only going to have a rear parking lot, you should have a means of entry for new guests."
