In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Belluno 25 km, Valdobbiadene (DOCG wine region) 50 km, Treviso 69 km, Venezia 99 km, Lago di Santa Croce 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Alleghe 71 km, Cortina d'Ampezzo 77 km. Hiking paths: Monte e Rifugio Dolada, Rifugio Vallorch, Bus de la Lum - Villaggio di Vallorch, Casera dei Pez – Malga Mezzomiglio. Please note: car recommended.
