An excellent location - a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal, 10 minutes from the Railto Markets and 10 minutes from St Mark's Square. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. There is a great breakfast served in a room on the canal with gondolas passing by. The breakfast and reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and places to see. There is lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The hotel doesn't have an elevator which it clearly states. The hotel is older and well used. We would definitely stay again if visiting Venice.

Great location by a plaza and canal. Not far from the water drop off - about a 10 min walk. Was able to get a water taxi right in front of our hotel at 3:30 am that took us directly to the airport in about 20 mins. Coolest experience. The decor was quite dated and tired looking but a clean and old style hotel.
