Shortly after arriving we found the master tub leaked into the first floor bedroom and couldn’t be used. This was a main factor for choosing the property and we couldn’t use it. A table was broken upon arrival and the heat stopped working overnight on 30 December. I messaged the rental property manager that we were so frustrated and disappointed with the experience that we left early the morning of 31 December. They told us we’d be contacted by the refund department and we’ve received nothing further
