"Great location, luxurious accommodation, friendly and responsive hosts. Easy to find thanks to the video. Only issue was that the living room carpet and table wasn’t cleaned and the rubbish bin in the kitchen hadn’t been emptied. One of the kitchen drawers had a cover missing. Otherwise great and I would recommend. "

"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "
