In general the experience was above and beyond what my family and I expected. The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice.

This hotel and the people working there are simply fantastic. Easy walking to just about anywhere in the city that a person might want to be. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Very central location. Rooftop garden at this hotel beautiful to sit out in evenings for a drink. Breakfast is very good for 12 Euros a person.
